task in itself. We can provide bespoke coaching for managers on either a one-to-one
or a group basis to help managers identify where their strengths and opportunities
exist for driving equality and diversity, and where weaknesses or threats may present
themselves.

Coaching can be used to overcome a specific issue or can support you to achieve your equality and diversity vision and promote your preferred workforce culture; it can also be used to develop teamwork.
