Square-Orange TreeBearing Fruit...

Our Core Purpose, Vison and Values define the way we do business, how we treat our clients, our people, each other and our suppliers. They help to define our responsibilities to the communities where our business operates and create the culture and environment in which our business strategy continues to deliver strong results.

The People

At Square Orange our mission statement of "Be the Change Shape the Future" is the foundation that underpins these varied and wideranging responsibilities.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy objective is to earn the trust of our clients and their customers by acting as responsibly as we can in the all communities and workplaces we interact with. We recognise our impact and influence on society at all levels and work to maximise the benefits we deliver.

Our customers, clients and employee are at the core of everything we do. CSR is good for our business and good for the communities and workplaces in which we operate.

Our aim is to:

  • create social inclusion
  • support other charitable and social orientated organisations
  • become the employer of choice
  • deliver free community engagement educational sessions

The Planet

At Square Orange we believe that being ‘planet friendly’ should be more than skin deep. Whatever the nature and size of an organisation, its activities have a direct impact on the environment. We are committed to minimising that impact. We work with partners to examine how we can reduce our carbon footprint not just now, but long-term too.

By learning from best practice in our own field, from environmental experts, and by educating as many people as possible, we can have a positive impact on both the planet and your business.

Our aim is to reduce our carbon footprint by:

  • continually researching and ensuring that we are aware of, and comply with, all environmental regulations.
  • monitoring the environmental implications of our activities and applying the findings to our daily decision making.
  • seeking to use public transport or car sharing, wherever possible.
  • working with organisations that share the same ethics wherever possible.
  • making use of electronic communication, and making all supporting material available via web access.
